Turnaround Time When an appraisal is ordered, an attempt to schedule an appointment will be made within 24 hours. Ongoing status reports regarding issues that may arise in the appraisal process will be made available as soon as they arise, in order to complete the appraisal in the timeliest manner possible. A completed appraisal report can typically be available within 2 business days after the site inspection for residential assignments or within 5 business days for commercial assignments. The appraisal can then be sent via EDI/PDF electronic delivery, courier, and/or U.S. mail.
